Haig Vartan wrote EpitaphE, a 12-minute composition for orchestra, in March 2010 as an homage to a deceased friend. The creation of EpitaphE took place in december 2010 in the Minoritenkirche in Linz, Austria. http://youtu.be/KmXwpAOsx5I
Requiem: première in 2001
Haig Vartan’s Requiem, a 90-minute fresco, was first interpreted in 2001 in the cathedral of Geneva and then in Zurich. The concerts were performed by the Prague philharmonic orchestra and the choir of the Czech radio.
